Private Email Disclaimer

OwnersRentals.com will not be liable or responsible for any email communication problems between advertisers and their clients. The renters are fully responsible for providing their correct email addresses and contact details to the owners when reserving a property.

Right to Cancel

OwnersRentals.com reserves the right to cancel or dismiss any advertisement at any time. This would normally only occur if genuine, valid complaints are received from the renters. However, OwnersRentals.com reserves the right to cancel any advertisement or remove any content at any time at the sole discretion of the directors.

Payments / Refund Policy

No advertisement will go live on OwnersRentals.com until full payment has been received. We do not offer a refund policy.

If after an advertiser purchases any of services offered and decides to cancel for any reason before the end of their advertising term. No refunds will be given. If an advertiser pays twice or extends an advertisement at a discounted rate, then decides to cancel. No refunds will be given.

If anyone purchases any feature listings including, golf feature, homepage feature or extra images and decides they don't require them, No Refund Given. (Please note images are only allocated to a listing once the owners and advertising content have been verified, for security purposes)

Premium Clients Guaranteed Bookings

From the 1^st December 2012 we offer guaranteed bookings to premium clients. After the term of a premium clients listing, if for any reason the owner or property manager are not content with the service provided, or claims they have not had any bookings. Our premium client team will evaluate the customer’s requests and act accordingly.

Free Gifts and Competitions

Any special offers or competitions with gifts are limited to availability, including shopping vouchers and flight offers, and are given in good will on behalf of ownersrentals.com

Termination of an advertisement

If we receive substantiated complaints from users of the website about a specific advertisement misrepresenting the property, or its surroundings, or the inappropriate behaviour of an Advertiser, then we reserve the right to remove the advertisement without notice, and retain payment;

If an Advertiser enters unsuitable material into the website, or persistently misuses our online systems, we reserve the right to remove the associated advertisement from our site. Full payment will be retained;

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any advertisement from our site that we consider unsuitable, incomplete or misleading, or which we consider to contain Inappropriate Content, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing;

If an advertiser wishes to have their advertisement removed from the website before the end of their subscription, this will be done as soon as we receive formal notice by email or using the 'Contact Us' page, quoting their property id or registered email address. No refunds will be given;

Members Bulletin Boards

The use of the bulletin boards in the members lounge is strictly monitored and is not a facility for the promotion or selling of any product or services. Any use of abusive or offensive language is strictly prohibited and can lead to immediate dismissal and cancellation of any membership and a lifetime ban from OwnersRentals.com advertising ltd or associated companies.

Liability Statement

OwnersRentals.com will not be held liable for any service disruptions or errors resulting, but not limited to Internet related viruses, outages, wars, acts of God or negligence. OwnersRentals.com is an advertising company only and facilitates the exchange of information between private property owners and potential renters. OwnersRentals.com does not verify or guarantee the information received regarding any individual property advertised or the identity of the contact person. OwnersRentals.com will not assume any responsibility or guarantee the total accuracy of the information given on any individual listing. ALL potential renters are responsible for conducting their own research regarding any or all claims made by the owners. Renters assume all liability for the use of any information you find in any of OwnersRentals.com publications. OwnersRentals.com cannot be held responsible for any damages or incidents which may occur on any property at any time. All individual owners hold full responsibility for all relevant individual insurances and public liabilities related to their properties.
