It is only a 5 minutes drive to the beach, the famous 'Promenade des Anglais' and the cosy Nice city centre. The villa (floor space over 300 sq meters!) has recently been renovated and newly decorated. 'La Citronneraie' has a large living-room with in the evening view over the enlightened city of Nice.
