Casa de la Paz is a well designed detached villa that ocuppies a very good location on the outskirts of the popular village of Pinar de Campoverde. The property has been tastefully furnished and is very well equipped and provides excellent accomodation for 6 plus an infant. A feature of the villa is the large south facing first floor solarium that provides ample space for dining alfresco, relaxing and sun bathing. There is a delightful well established garden and off road parking for at least 2 cars. The well maintained pool is close at hand and is rarely very busy. Most amenities are within walking distance or just a short drive. Casa de la Paz offers its visitors a great choice, you can relax and unwind or indulge in more energetic activities that are avaliable in abundance in the area. Visitors not only receive a Welcome Pack but also a comprehensive information package on the best beaches, places to eat and visit etc.
Over the past 10 years Pinar de Campoverde has really grown in popularity. The village boasts a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. A market is held every Sunday morning in the square. It even has its own nature reserve and a large sports area. Visitors are really made to feel welcome and many return year after year. The village is surrounded by some delightful countryside and the clean waters of the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor are just a short drive away.The area really has a great selection of golf courses to choose from and the very popular Lo Romero course is just 5 minutes from your accomodation. Pinar de Campoverde is situated close to the borders of the Alicante and Murcia regions and which ever way you drive there is something new to explore. It is certainly easy to find the real Spain. There is great shopping, history, art and culture at the grand cities of Cartagena, Elche, Alicante and Murcia. There is no mass tourism in the area and therefore no high rise hotels either. This means that much of the coastline has been left in its natural state, regardless of this the beaches are well maintained and always kept extremely clean. The shallow tranquil waters of the Mar Menor are ideal for children and non swimmers alike. All in all the area has much to offer and with so much sunshine it is really is a great place to be.Less
