Mt. Baker Rim Cabin #50 - Welcome to The Thirsty Moose Lodge! Your family will have a wonderful time making lasting memories in this 2-story, 3-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath upscale vacation home. Upon entering the front porch, you’ll discover a locked mechanical and gear storage room for safely stowing your summer and winter outdoor gear. Once inside the house, the first floor features an open floor plan kitchen/dining/living room. The fully equipped kitchen features higher-end cabinetry and appliances, including a dishwasher, plus a breakfast bar with granite countertops followed by a large dining table that seats eight persons, plus a cozy living room with a built-in gas fireplace and a flat screen DVD/monitor. Also featured is one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a ¾-bath. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a master bedroom with 2-twin sized beds and 1-queen sized futon, along with a DVD-VHS/monitor, a laundry room with a full size washer/dryer, and a large full master bathroom with two wash basins…ceramic tiled and hardwood floors, plus on-demand hot water round out the interior package. Just outside the back door is a nice deck with a gazebo covered hot tub. This WiFi equipped, pet-friendly, and monitored family vacation home will comfortably sleep 6 to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly. HOT TUB/PET FRIENDLY/NON SMOKING/WI-FI Mountain Adventures/Romantic Getaway PLEASE NOTE: This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. RATES: Rates for Cabin 50 range from $239.00 to $409.00 per night (depending on the season) USD + tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee, and from $1434.00 to $2454.00 per week USD + tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee. Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from $99.00 to $1219.00 per night, and from 594.00 to $8533.00 per week USD + tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property.
