'Riva del Lago' our 4 bedroom single story home has an extended South East facing pool deck overlooking the middle lake at Lake Berkley. With plenty of loungers and patio chairs provided there is plenty of room to soak up the ever present Florida sunshine! A parasol is provided for guests who prefer some shade! Inside our very spacious home, there are 3 large living areas, one with a 50'' TV with premium streaming service and DVD player. All bedrooms have either TV streaming service or DVD player. The family bathroom is accessible from the pool deck - very useful for those calls of nature whilst basking in the sun! Gas BBQLess
