A spectacular view vacation home set high up on a hill overlooking several pristine beaches, islands, Flamingo marina and night lights. Secluded, yet minutes to white sand beaches, restaurants, night life, casinos, golf, sport fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, sunset cruises, canopy tours, horseback riding, etc.
This private home is nicely furnished with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. A beautiful infinity edge pool highlights the backyard, with ever-changing views of the islands and beaches below. There are patios, decks with lounge chairs and green areas for lots of outside activities. Inside, you will find a master bedroom with a king size bed (new premium mattress and down pillows) and private bath. Two spare bedrooms share a bath and have a queen bed in one and a double bed in the other. All bedrooms have an ocean view. The living and dining rooms have three walls of glass with a 180 degree view of the ocean and islands. Furnishings include a sofa, love seat, glass dining room table, tiffani lamps and leather rocking chairs. The full kitchen includes everything you need, like a microwave oven, full size stove and refrigerator, dishes, glases, pots and pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker and grinder.
There is Satellite TV with several HBO and CineMax movie channels as well as a DVD video library of movies at the home, free of charge.
The home is located 25 minutes from the Tamarindo domestic airport, 1 hour form Liberia International (LIR) and 4 1/2 hours form San Jose International airport (SJO). The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive down the hill, with several to choose from with in 15 minutes. Local grocery stores are with in 5 minutes as well as several restaurants and high speed internet access.
