Our privately owned vacation rentals home, is located in the private and prestigious community of Oak Point. Our wonderful private Florida villa offers home from home living in spacious and well-appointed surroundings. The property features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, fully fitted kitchen and games room. The outside deck area houses a good sized swimming pool and spa, which provides the finishing touch to this superb villa.

The villa is a single-storey 4 bedroom Floridian style home, furnished to a very high standard by the interior design acompany ’by appointment interiors’ to ensure that it is stylish and comfortable for your stay.

The villa comprises of a lounge; dining area; a kitchen and four bedrooms with two bathrooms. The villa is fully air-conditioned. With the unique touches designed to make your holiday truly special. We also have a games room to help keep you amused.

Changes over days are Saturdays, other dates considered on request. Having been to Florida a number of times, we have learned what the good and bad points are, to a holiday home,therefore we constantly upgrade and add extras based on guests comments.

If you have never been before you will find the extensive information folder in the villa invaluable in helping you get the most from your stay. It includes driving directions to the main attractions and shopping areas.

The villa is located on a large plot giving a large garden area.

The large 28ft x 14ft fully screened and heated pool has a raised spa at one end.
