Booking Notes:
Although we can accept provisional bookings via telephone or email, you then have one week to confirm your reservation by sending your signed and completed booking form plus a 20% non-refundable deposit. This deposit is accepted as an instalment of the total holiday cost. The balance is required to reach the owners no later than 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £150 is payable with the balance of the total cost. The deposit is held by the owners against any damage, breakage or loss which occurs during your occupancy, and will be returned less any sums claimed by the owners within 2 weeks of your return, except in cases where local estimates or accounts are awaited. All cancellations must be in writing and the cancellation is not effective until it is received by the owners. Scale of Cancellation Charges: more than 8 weeks before departure - loss of deposit; 4-8 weeks before departure - 50% of total rental; less than 4 weeks before departure - 100% of total rental. If booking within 8 weeks full payment of security deposit and total holiday cost is required upon booking.
Changeover Day:
Change over day is Saturday (or Wednesday if taking advantage of our Duo rate). The rental period shall commence at 4 pm on the first day and finish at 10 am on the last day.
