All three gites are available for letting by the week, Saturday toSaturday, all year round. Rental is inclusive of all electricity, heating,bed linen and towels, but we do ask you to bring your own towels forswimming and sunbathing.

Booking Notes:
The best way to book is via our website at www.gite-hols.com where full details are available.A deposit of 50% of holiday rental is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable at least 30 days in advance of the letting. (However, it's always worth trying for a last-minute booking, especially outside the holiday season.) In addition, a refundable deposit of £100 will be required on occupancy to cover any damage or breakages.Guests should note that the owners can accept no responsibility for anyloss, damage or injury whilst on the premises or surrounding grounds, and that guests should make their own insurance arrangements if required.Parents of small children are advised that there are two ponds and a well in the grounds, and that whilst the well is securely gated and the ponds enclosed, children should not be allowed to play near these unsupervised.Cancellation In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your holiday, you must give us notice in writing as soon as possible. Such cancellations received 90 days or more before the commencement date of the booking will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the deposit paid. Cancellations made between 56 and 90 days prior to commencement date will not be entitled to a refund of deposit, and for cancellations made less than 56 days prior to commencement date, the full balance will remain payable.

Changeover Day:
Our usual changeover day is Saturday. We try to be flexible where we can to fit in with our guests' itineraries, but during 'high season' - mid-July to end August - we usually have to stick to Saturdays changeovers.
