Up to 16 people can enjoy their dream vacation in our very special 8-bedroom, 6 Bath home. Windsor at Westside is sure to be a much sought after location, with its fabulous resort pool & club house. Our home enjoys lovely open views over water, where birds can often be seen swimming or enjoying the sun. Sit in our super comfy furniture on the private pool deck area and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. From the minute you walk in the door you will be Wowed! This is a step above your "normal" vacation home. Our spacious home is large enough to accommodate a large group, but equally a home from home, it is extremely comfortable for a small group too. Furnished with quality and style throughout, there is a USA king Master Suite and a queen with adjacent shower room on the ground floor, on the first floor are 2 king ensuite rooms, 1 king jack and jill ensuite, 1 twin jack and jill ensuite and two twin rooms with adjacent shower room. The living areas comprise of a Family Room with spacious sitting/tv area and open to the kitchen and dining area, with views over the spacious pool deck with pool and spa and water views. Upstairs is a second sitting room, with comfortable sitting area with a poker table and gaming area. Tthere are traditional board games as well as x-box and large TV. There is a fully air conditioned games room with foosball, airhockey and slate bed full size pool table for all the family to enjoy. Our large covered pool area offers a large pool, which can be heated on request, and has a spa tub with waterfall feature. If it gets too warm there is a large covered lanai with fans to keep you cool. There is plenty of very comfortable seating outside and loungers for you to make the most of the area at any time of day. The large gas barbeque will keep even the most dedicated of cooks happy! Our home is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and our beds extremely comfortable - just what you need after a hard day at the parks - with luxury bedlinen and plenty of towels, inc pool towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking up a feast or a snack, there is a cool box and containers if you are taking out a picinic. Babies have their own cot and eating utensils and there is a high chair, baby monitor and stair gates. Lots of little extras make our home from home special such as Hairdrier in every bathroom, music system in the games room with blue tooth capability, and comprehensive TV channels. Wifi is fast and secure and Free in our home. USA Calls are Free and we provide a UK phone card for your use. Our wonderful management company, based close by, keeps our home in immaculate condition and are fastidious about cleanliness. Rest assured you wont be disappointed , our home certainly has the wow factor as soon as you enter the door! - as with most of our other guests, we hope you will see that its even better than it looks on the pictures! The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry pool - heated to 84 degrees all year round. It has a lazy river and a dedicated childrens area with slide. There are umbrellas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting areas for when the sun gets too warm. There is a snack bar with fabulous seating area, with cooling fans in the warm weather and fireplace for cooler times. There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and also a volley ball court. There is also a free play games room with fun for all ages - all this within a few minutes walk of our home and included in your rental rates. The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the 192 and about 10-15 minutes to Disney, 25 to SeaWorld and about 30 to Universal depending on traffic.
