Rented as one unit and consisting of five self contained apartments with exclusive use of the private swimming pool, grill house, tennis court, fitness equipment and parking area.
Each comfortable and fully equipped apartment has superb sea views, a separate entrance, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

Outside the private pool with semicircular Jacuzzi/spa is surrounded by sunloungers and sun shades, here you also have a solar shower (80 litres), Pool house, Bar, Small kitchenette, large fridge, Ladies and Gents toilets.
The clay tennis court is there for your enjoyment from 9am to 11pm.

The Villa is located on the Dalmatia coast, 1.5km from Trogir the city of culture and history. Here an abundance of entertainment and cultural activities are offered
Trogir summer theatre, museums, cinemas, discos, restaurants, cafes, bars, cocktail lounges.
The local restaurant is 250m away and Just 500m away sports include; beach volley, basketball, windsurfing, diving, water skiing, parasailing, snorkelling, and jet-skis.
The nearest golf course is located 35km from the villa in Stobrec near Split.
Split Airport – 8km, Split Ferry port – 30km

Car hire is recommended however not necessary while in the local area.

OCTOBER (24th-31st)" Olive picking� in the garden of the Villa. Each year for 2-3 days, 5-6 hours per day olives are collected. Each family receives 1L of olive for free.

Extras: Upon arrival - 250 euros cleaning/maintenance fees.
