Wonderful 150 square meters flat in renowned seaside town. The flat has 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, one kitchen and a truly wide dining room (50 sq. meters open-space). There are two terraces 30 s.m. each, one with a lovely view of a seaside-pine wood and, beyond it, the sea. This front terrace comprise a big veranda with an additional little kitchen if you want to eat outdoor. The flat is located in a touristic area of the town, with hotels, a camp and a supermarket reachable in 5 minutes by foot. A bit far from the city centre, the house benefices of quite surroundings with beautiful landscapes. In fact, the beach is less than a 5-minute walk: you just have to cross the street and walk till the pine wood. With a 10-minute walk by the beach you can reach the “Torre di Cerrano”, an old tower which is a nice spot to take a drink gazing at the sea. Silvi is a nice town for tourists during the summer, especially for families. If you want to find a cooler nightlife you can go to Pescara (10 Km away, the bust stop is just in front of the house) which is quite animated at night. In the flat, you will find also your parking lot, a garden, a barbecue, a washing machine and other common services. There are 3 King size bed plus a single bed and a great sofa, with 3 different bedrooms. The price varies weekly: - 500 euro per week in May - 600 euro per week in June - 750 euro per week in July, to the 27th - 1000 euro per week from 07/27 to 08/10 - 1150 euro per week from 08/10 to 08/24 - 700 euro per week from 08/24 to 09/ 6 - 450 euro per week till the end of September Magnifico appartamento di ben 150 mq. in una rinomata località balneare, la casa si compone di tre stanze da letto, due bagni, una cucina ed un amplissimo (50 mq) salone. Sono presenti due terrazzi di circa 30 mq ciascuno, di cui il frontale (da dove si vede il mare e la pineta) con grande veranda ed un ulteriore cucina esterna. L'appartamento si trova in una zona tipicamente turistica della cittadina, con alberghi e un campeggio, oltre che un centro commerciale a 5 minuti a piedi. Sebbene non al centro della vita estiva, è comunque nell'abitato e beneficia di una maggiore tranquillità e di un mare e paesaggi più belli. Il mare è effettivamente a due passi, attraversando la strada davanti casa si arriva alla pineta con meno di 5 minuti; passeggiando sulla spiaggia in 10 minuti si arriva alla caratteristica Torre di Cerrano, posto suggestivo dove prendere un aperitivo e ascoltare musica. Silvi Marina è una cittadina ideale per vacanze estive per famiglie, mentre a una decina di chilometri (la fermata del bus è davanti casa) Pescara offre una bella vita notturna per i giovani. La casa dispone di parcheggio, giardino, barbeque, lavatrice e tutti i servizi. Sono presenti 3 letti matrimoniali più un singolo oltre che una grande divano, in modo da poter ospitare 7 persone con tranquillità su tre diverse stanze.
