From the minute you step inside the outstanding Pier Condo you know you are in for a treat. Situated in the heart of Sidney, a bustling seaside town crammed with quaint bookstores, trendy coffee shops and funky home decor shops it\'s a hidden gem. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is furnished with impeccable taste, equipped with everything you could possibly want and need for a weekend away or a month long stay. The attention to detail is unbelievable from the softest white fluffy towels which sit in the master bathroom with under floor heating and soaker tub to the high end appliances which fill every space in the bespoke kitchen. Every drawer you open, every cupboard you look in brings hidden treasures and more delightful finds. With views over the water and onto Vancouver Island it\'s just breathtaking. Step outside your door and you are in Sidney, try Fandangos a home decor store with gorgeous things ranging from coral straight from the sea to giant planters painted with herbs for your windowsill. After your leisurely walk along Beacon Avenue try Cafe Med a lovely rich looking coffee shop which do breakfast all day, the peasant toast a concoction of multi grain bread dipped in egg and smothered in granola is to die for. Or try the Haunted bookstore the oldest bookstore in Sidney filled with old leather bound classics and haunting jazz music. Mineral world is a fantastic place for kids and adults alike where you can spend hours in the aptly named scratch patch panning for gold and filling small bags with gems and minerals to your hearts content ,find out the meanings and properties for 50 cent with a gem card (tiger eye brings wealth so hunt for those ) Not 30 minutes away is Victoria where you can indulge in high tea at the Fairmont Empress Hotel right on the waterfront or visit antique row for a nostalgic visit and pick up a hidden gem. The museum is well worth a visit, 5 minutes from the Empress with interactive shows and displays ranging form man and earth to underwater treasures. I can\'t recommend the pier condos highly enough, I never wanted to leave and know ill be visiting time and time again. But don\'t take my word for it try it yourself and i\'m sure you will agree.
