The area boasts the most days of sunshine per year in the whole of Spain(approx 321) The apartment is based on a 9 hole golf course(to be extended to 18 holes in early 2009)and located within 10km of La Tercia Golf Resort are in the region of 10 other Championship standard, 18 hole courses. Also within the complex are a number of bars, restaurants and shops as well as a gymnasium, tennis courts and other sports facilities. The proximity to main motorway network and the typical rural surroundings of the Murcia countryside, makes this the ideal spot for your holiday or golf break. This golf resort is just 15 minutes from the international airport at San Javier (Murcia) and 45 minutes from the international airport at Alicante and both easily accessible via the dual carriageways and motorways. This golf apartment is just 15 minutes drive from the wonderful beaches of the Mar Menor in the Costa Blanca and a similar distance from La Manga Golf Resort. Car Hire is extremely competitive at approximately £12.50 per day. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, the master being en-suite, and 2 bathrooms, with a modern living area. It also has a balcony with pool view and patio table and chairs looking out to the beautiful mountains of La Tercia. The apartment consists of a fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar. Hob, oven, sink, extractor hood, fridge freezer and washing machine. Kettle, toaster and microwave are also supplied along with hot and cold air conditioning, video security intercom, and alarm system connected to the main alarm centre.
