New luxuray villa with private pool and south facing views over open coutryside and lakes - sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms
Ideally situated on Clear Creek at Woodridge, a quiet residential family and rental community just 1 mile north of the US 192 main road, just 10 minutes from the entrance to Disney World and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.There are dozens of terrific restaurants within a few minutes drive of the villa with a Winn Dixie Marketplace, bank and restaurant at the entrance to the community.
Our luxury 3 bedroom detached villa, overlooking a conservation area with woodland and small lakes, was completed in Summer 2001 on the secluded and peaceful Clear Creek Estate.
It is designed and fully fitted out as a luxury family home and can sleep up to 8 making it ideal as a base for a family holiday in the theme parks, or economic accommodation for up to two couples, each with two children.
The family room has comfortable sofas, side tables, lamps, silk plants, pictures and a cable TV and video. There is a radio / CD and stereo unit which provides entertainment for all the family. An information folder can be found in the bookcase.
Large patio doors lead to the covered porch (lanai) and pool patio area making a light, spacious room.
The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, full size cooker, giant refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and an abundance of crockery and utensils. The separate laundry room has washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. A telephone in the kitchen gives free local calls and pre-paid phone cards for longer distance calls can be purchased from the local Winn Dixie store.
The dining area nook will accommodate up to eight people for dinner in style. For those with small children, a high chair (and cot/crib if required) is available for rent.
The Master Bedroom has a queen-sized bed and second TV with a walk in wardrobe providing ample space for all your holiday needs. The large en-suite bathroom features his and hers inset hand basins, corner bath, large shower cubicle and separate toilet.
Bedroom two has a double bed, walk-in cupboard and en-suite half bathroom which acts as a changing room for, and leads outside to the pool patio area.
Bedroom three has a Disney theme for the children with Winnie the Pooh bedding and decorations. Bunk beds provide ample room for up to four people. These are full size bunks and are also suitable for adults to sleep in.
A family bathroom with both bath and shower is situated between bedrooms two and three.
The whole house is fully air-conditioned with high cathedral ceilings and paddle fans in the bedrooms and family room to keep you cool.
The south facing pool and patio area is furnished with comfortable loungers and a sun umbrella. It is exposed to the full sun throughout the day. The screened enclosure eliminates all the bugs and leaves, but not the sun, giving you a relaxing area for sunbathing or dining and sitting out in the evening. A full set of unbreakable crockery and glasses is provided for your outside dining.
The 30’ x 14’ (9.1 x 4.3m) private pool is lit at night and can be heated on request (at extra cost) during the winter months.
All the furniture and fittings are of the highest quality and the villa has been colour co-ordinated by our interior designers and includes sheets, duvets, towels and all home comforts. You only need to bring your clothes and swimming costumes.
A large Wynn Dixie supermarket and pharmacy is conveniently located at the entrance to our estate and there is a Wal Mart one mile away, both offer a vast selection of foods and groceries and are open most hours of the day and night. There are also dozens of terrific restaurants within a few minutes drive of the villa.

Ours is an ideal villa for either one family, or 2 young couples with 2 children each, or a family with granparents as we have 2 double bedrooms plus 4 full size bunk beds.We can also arrange with our neighbours for families who wish to rent more than one villa close together.
Booking Notes:
We require a one third booking deposit to secure dates with the remainder paid 8 weeks prior to commencement, with a fully returnable security deposit of f £150 / $250 against breakages.Our booking form contains our full Terms and Conditions whch we will provide before asking you to sign or pay for anything.
Changeover Day:
In High Season, (Easter, July and August, Christmas) we prefer to rent for full weeks with change over at the weekend.Out of High Season, we will rent for any available period of time.Entry is after 5.00PM 17:00 and vacation is by 10.00AM 10:00.
