This quality 2 bedroom 2 bathroom town house is in a delightful position overlooking a garden area and a 33 metre swimming pool. with 2 FREE tennis courts and the fairway just 50 metres away. The house stands in a quiet road of Villas and Houses. The large "PRIVATE" upstairs terrace has 4 loungers a table and 4 chairs and potted plants. The downstairs patio has a table and 4 chairs. Both areas have outside lighting for dining "alfresco" in the warm evenings, overlooking the lit pool. All the furniture is quality solid wood and leather.
