3 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 Bedrooms with Ensuites plus a Golf Programme Our lovely property is located in the Pine Valley sector of Rotonda which is the newest sector. The house has a SW rear aspect onto Pine Valley Creek, guests are welcome to fish from the river at the bottom of the garden on a catch and release basis. The accommodation has been well planned and clever furnishing provides a study with computer and WiFi - a very useful facility for guests who don't want to bring their own computer. The Great Room is light and airy with sliders that open onto the lanai. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a separate utility room. The dining area has a lovely curved window from which you can admire the pool and the creek. The bedrooms are a King ensuite with TV; a Queen with separate bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two single beds with an ensuite bath. Outside, the lanai has a large table with 6 comfortable chairs, a BBQ, sunbeds and bicycles in the garage. At the front, there is ample parking in front of the double garage. This is a wonderful area to holiday. We are close to excellent beaches on Boca Grande south of us and to the West we have the wide beaches on Manasota Key where you have Englewood Beach, Middle Beach and the lovely little beach in the State park. You can visit Myakka Park where you can walk, cycle and kayak your way through natural flora and fauna. They also offer airboat tours, fishing, a canopy walkway and a tram safari! You have excellent discount shopping outlets at Ellington, Ft Myers and Naples, good local shopping in Port Charlotte, local malls and Venice and for more sophisticated shopping, visit St. Armand's Circle where you will find superb exclusive shops, galleries, exotic boutiques, sophisticated restaurants and nightlife. A nice day out is to go to Punta Gorda. You will find many very individual shops and restaurants here and another focal point of the downtown vicinity is Fisherman's Village, a waterfront pier and mall combo. The Yacht Basin at the village offers nearly 100 temporary slips available to the public, and commercial ships offer various cruises and fishing charters. The site's mall has shops, restaurants (the food at Captain's Table is excellent!) Harry''s Bar when you can enjoy a drink and meal in the open overlooking Charlotte Harbor and a military museum, among other things.Less

We have stayed in Kingfisher before and as usual have found it to be a lovely villa. It is in a very good setting in Rotonda West, Pine Valley which tends to be a bit quieter. The villa is well furnished and very clean. The lanai is extra large with a larger than normal pool. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Best place since last visit is defintely Stump Pass Tiki Bar which has reinvented itself and is just the coolest place to be and eat outside as we experienced, watching dolphins swimming past and watching the sun go down - what more could you ask for. Thank you Linda, we will be back soon.
