Our luxury vacation villa in Orlando Florida is light and spacious, and tastefully decorated. It has 4 bedrooms (one master en-suite with king size bed, one double and 2 twins), and all have plenty of storage - 3 of the bedrooms have TVs. The lounge / family room has access to the pool / patio area, with fully alarmed patio doors (for children's safety). There is plenty of comfortable patio furniture, and a large gas BBQ. The dining area seats 6 and there is an additional breakfast table in the kitchen (which is fully equipped).

Our Management Company is on hand for advice / assitance. Access to the villa is by door code, so late arrivals are not a problem.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of £100 per week is required when booking (to confirm booking). Balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday. A Security deposit of £150 per holiday (which is returnable if no damage) is due with balance. Refunds - full refund of deposit up to 8 weeks prior to holiday; partial refunds possible on a sliding scale within 8 weeks of holiday (Full Terms and Conditions will be sent with booking).

Changeover Day:
Flexible change over day - anytime there is a vacancy. Arrivals from 1600, departures by 1100. (Flexible if no incoming guests). Maid service on changeover day only.
