Booking Notes:
To proceed to book the house is required a deposit of the 25% from the total amount to ensure the reservation. The remaining fee will be paid on the day of arrival. In case of cancellation the deposit will be completely reimbursed, minimum 60 days before the arrival.

Changeover Day:
In July and August the changeover day will be on Saturday. The rest of months is flexible. Check-in 3 pm, Check-out 10 am.
