This fabulous 5 Bed villa built as a long-term home and is equipped accordingly. Peaceful location in valley full of Orange Groves yet minutes from several seaside resorts and valley villages, the villa offers a chance to relax and to hit the beach and the bars of the Costa Blanca.
The villa is very large with all rooms about 20% larger than a normal villa of this size. It is over 250 sq m as a house with over 100 sq m of terracing. There is also a large balcony with lovely views for outside dining.
There is an in-out drive with parking for several cars.

Other: The house is owned by a musician and has a full surround sound cinema system downstairs that gives an 8ft x 5ft screen and full cinema sound. It can be totally closed down into darkness even during the day. It has a full sky system with Sports channels than can be directed upstairs or downstairs - perfect for the world cup. There is a separate TV and DVD system upstairs as well. There is also a full size american pool table with pool and snooker balls. The house has ducted aircon and warm air heating through the ceiling. Linen and services are provided if desired.

We have excellent local agents who will look after you very well and also very nice neghbours who are good friends. This villa has been built as my long-term retirement home for 6 years time so it is set up with this in mind rather than purley for rental. You will find the standard of furniture, fixtures and fittings to be higher than normal and i stretchjed all the room sizes so it is very spacious compared to most spanish villas.
