This is a beautiful 3 bedroom air conditioned villa set in a green conservation area, yet beaches, shops and restaurants are all within short distances.

The grounds are irrigated automatically from the river so year round we try to keep this property looking in fine order.

Furnished and decorated to a high standard, all linen and towels are provided as well as 2 hair dryers.

Being a flat area this is a great place for walking, biking or jogging. Several nature trails have been created so you can enjoy the area. Within reasonable driving distances there are historic houses, museums, and art centers to visit. At Bocca Grande's lighthouse museum and at the Environmental centre at Englewood's Lemon Bay you can learn about the first settlers to this part of Florida which has a rich history. You can experience how they may have seen life by reading about and viewing photographs of the houses and artifacts of this period that are now preserved. If you want a Disney type experience then try Busch Gardens about 2 hours drive northwards. If you want Rodeo then visit Arcadia just an hour away in July or at other times. Want to visit a Ranch? Try going to Babcock Ranch. Want to see a State Park and alligators, then visit the Mayakka State Park also about an hours dive away. Like to go to one of the islands? Try Marco island or Gaspirilla. If you want local theatre - go to the community theatre in old Dearborn Street in North Englewood. To check what is on see the weekend local papers or go to the local library which is just beside the theatre or to the one at the Tingali Centre off McCall Road.

A Laptop computer with good broadband access is in the villa for guest use; Electric up & over door to double garage; 2 bikes and 4 fishing rods for guest use; a growing book collection from books left by past guests; dish TV with around 100 channels to view. We have beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 2 cool boxes for you to use. There are also a few toys and games for children (if you need more go to Wallmart in Port Charlotte or Englewood).

Local fresh caught fish can be bought at Placida and by the Mannesota key bridge. A terrific new large quality book shop has arrived in Port Charlotte about 15 minutes drive from the villa.

Local maintenance company provides our villa cleaning and is on-call 24/7 for guests' peace of mind.

Changeover Day:
No set change-over day.Guests have use of property from 4pm on date of arrival and should vacate the villa by 11am on date of departure. Booking matters can be handled directly by telephone and email for swiftness, and convenience. Payment can be made in £, $ or €.
