Luxury Penthouse Apartment in the Center of Vienna Roof Terrace, sleeps up to 7 guests

The Apartment is a penthouse with 90 m² and elevator, being suitable for 1 to 7 guests and having a roof terrace. It is fully equipped and luxury furnished. It has an entrance hall, one living-room/dinning room, two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, and a WC.

The price for studio apartment: 1 person: from 75 Euro, 2 persons: from 90 Euro, 3 persons: from 110 Euro , Minimum stay 3 nights. The price include all taxes and final cleaning.

We require a deposit of 30% at the time of reservation. Rest is due on arrival. We accept payment in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).In case of cancellation of your reservation before 3 weeks of your agreed arrival date we convert your deposit into a voucher. This voucher is valid for a year and can be used for another booking of our apartments.If your cancellation is within the last 3 weeks of your agreed arrival date.
