Completed booking form with £100 per week deposit confirms booking.Balance of payment payable in full 8 weeks prior to departure.Cancellation must be in writing by the person who signed the booking form. The date of the cancellation will be the date the written notification is received. In the event of the cancellation, the following camcellation charges will apply: 56+ days prior to departure- loss of deposit. 29 - 55 days prior to departure -50% of total cost. Within 28 days of date of departure- 100% of total cost.If circumstances arise beyond our control the right is reserved to cancel your booking. In this event, we will endeavour to find alternative comparable accommodation or refund all monies paid.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible,The property will be available for occupancy from 1600 hours on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 1100 hours on the date of departure. The minimum rental period is 1 week and where occupancy is less than 1 week the weekly rate charge will apply. Where occupancy is less than 1 week an additional £45 cleaning charge will apply
