Nestled among lush, tropical hills, next to the river Rio Cuale in the Old Town of Puerto Vallarta you find this charming, cozy, and quiet condominium in a secured complex. The cobblestone streets in this Mexican neighborhood add to the romantic feel.

Excellent shopping for fresh seafood, meats, vegetables, and fruits is within a five-minute walk. The surrounding area offers excellent restaurants. Within a block is public transportation to all areas of town, the hotel zone, department stores, and the airport. Downtown is 15 minutes and the beaches 20 minutes on foot. The roof garden of the complex offers a dipping pool, lawn chairs, sun umbrellas, pool table, bar, toilet, and an exercise area as well as a laundry facility.

The condominium was finished the end of 2004 and is located on the ground floor. It has an outside area for the dining table and chairs.
