The coast is viewable from most rooms in the villa but if you want to stretch your legs and actually feel the sand beneath your feet the closest beach is in Torba which is a mere 5 mins gentle walk away.

Booking Notes:
To reserve your desired holiday dates please call Jean Spencer (Owner) who will confirm availability. The villa is then booked in your name & a deposit payment of 30% of the cost is due immediately (non-refundable). Not less than ten weeks prior to holiday departure the remaining balance plus a refundable damages deposit of £200 is then due. On return from your holiday & given that the villa has no damage beyond reasonable wear & tear then the damages deposit is returned immediately & in full.

Changeover Day:
The changeover days are flexible. Guests are requested to depart the villa by 10am and arrive after 4pm.
