The house is set in the exclusive village of Hemingford Abbots with a quant village feel and public house a few minutes walk away. The village is linked to a number of excellent walking and cycling routes you may want to explore.

Booking Notes:
To reserve your desired holiday dates please call Jean Spencer (Owner) who will confirm availability. The house is then booked in your name & a deposit payment of 30% of the cost is due immediately (non-refundable). Not less than ten weeks prior to holiday departure the remaining balance plus a refundable damages deposit of £200 is then due. On return from your holiday & given that the house has no damage beyond reasonable wear & tear then the damages deposit is returned immediately & in full.

Changeover Day:
Fresh linen & beach/bathroom towels are provided weekly & the house has a weekly cleaning service. Each bed is also provided with a spare set of linen. The changeover day for weekly bookings is Saturday, except for weekend bookings which is usually negotiatable.
