A deposit is required outside of 9 weeks of travel. This is 20% and must be taken at the time of reservation. At 9 weeks prior to your departure date the full balance will be required. The change over day is a wednesday. You may have entrance to the property after 1400 and will be required to depart at 1000 on the day of departure.
