Booking Notes:
25% deposit on booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. £150 breakages deposit cheque (required with final payment) will be returned one week after departure should no breakages occur and final inspection has been done.

Changeover Day:
Standard changeover day is Saturday. However we are flexible. Arrival is after 2.30pm and departure before 10.30am. Price includes linen and towels, although not beach towels. Maid service is once a week. Our English property managers will personally greet you and give you the keys.
