This detached villa was completed in November 2003 and is located on the Orbeta / L'Aspre hillside overlooking the village of Orba near Denia and is easily accessed from the airports of Valencia and Alicante which are both about 1 hour's drive away. Car hire is widely available at both airports if required.
The villa itself has 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans and 1 has a king size bed with en-suite, 1 has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. There is a main bathroom and a well fitted kitchen with a large fridge/ freezer and a washing machine. The large beamed lounge/ dining room has cold/warm air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a flat screen television with limited freeview English tv channels and a DVD player.
The naya is furnished with a wrought iron table, 4 chairs and a settee and overlooks the private swimming pool (9m x 4.5m)and sun terrace with beautiful views across the Orba valley. There are additional private terraces for your use.

There are 2 additional heaters available for the colder season

The local port of Denia is a short drive away and hosts a wide range of sea-front activities with lovely sandy beaches and a wealth of restaurants where seafood is the speciality.

Javea has a beautiful sea-front, along which are cafes, bars, restaurants and shops overlooking a sometimes busy sandy beach and in the evenings there is a local market to enjoy.

Benidorm with the nearby attractions of the village of Guadalest, MundeMar (zoological gardens) and the famous theme park, Terra Mitica all of which are well worth the visit.

Discounts are available for long-term lets and to couples booking 2 weeks or more, available all year.
