Luxury Villa in FLORIDA, South Facing Screened Private Pool, Games Room, Air-Conditioning, No Rear Neighbors, Only 8 miles to Disney.
Our villa offers a SOUTH facing pool and NO rear neighbours, we also have six foot high fencing, making the pool area secluded without completely obscuring the Pine Forest view.
Our house has Air-conditioning in every room, with heating for the winter - Automatically switching between modes as required.
As it is our second home, we have furnished it to a very high standard, with all the 'comforts of home' so to speak.
Our Villa is located only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resort and other Major Attractions… not to mention, several GOLF COURSES. GolfWest list 26 in the area, all abilities welcomed. The nearest is about 2 miles away in Davenport.
This peaceful location has the advantage of being located only 1 mile north on the Hwy 27 from the WEST end of Highway 192(530), therefore it is close to the 192 with all its restaurants, shops and other facilities.

Within a couple of minutes' drive from the villa on Hwy 27, there is a Wall-Mart supermarkets, Bank, Lowe's, Dollar store, Pharmacy, Starbucks, Restaurants including KFC, MacDonald's, Appleby's, Chinese, Gators, Chili's, Santa Fe and more opening regularly.
Enjoy your holiday to the Sunshine State in luxurious surroundings with your own private pool. Visit the most famous theme park in the world, Disney World, which includes the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Cirque-du-Soleil,

During your stay at Pine Tree View your safety and security are of utmost importance. To this end the villa and pool area meet all the Florida state regulations. With door alarms fitted to all exits from the house to the pool area (these can be muted), so ensuring no one enters the pool area without your knowledge. The villa has a Fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, emergency lighting.

• Any Special requests - we will be happy to help wherever possible.
• Our Managing Agent in Orlando are always willing to help should you have any need to contact them for any additional information during your stay, they can also help with tickets etc.
