Champions Gate Golfing Florida Orlando - Our Luxury 4 Bedroom 3 bathroom holiday villa with private pool/spa is located in the prestigeous area of Champions Gate,The Abbey at West Haven is a small select gated community with only 58 executive homes, managed to a high standard. The surrounding area is Orange groves and a Wildlife Conservation area

  

We are very conveniently placed with only 10 Min's to Disney, close to the I-4, and 3 Min's to the prestigious Champions Gate Golf course. Being close to main routes, US27, I-4 and HWY 192, making this a very desirable location to be in, for planning your days out; visiting the parks; retail shopping and beaches.
Our villa has been upgraded to a high standard, with quality and comfortable furnishings.
We have 4 bedrooms, 2 masters both with flat screen TVs and en-suite bath/shower rooms. The main master bedroom has a large walk in shower, large bath tub, twin vanity units, and a walk in closet.
The second master bedroom has a walk in shower and a single vanity unit. The 2 twin bedded rooms are themed, one Tinker bell and the other Racing cars. If children's rooms are not required we have a change of bedding catering for all tastes. A third bathroom, serves the twin bedrooms, it has a shower over bath and a single vanity unit.
Our lounge has a high cathedral ceiling; there are plenty of comfortable seating, side and coffee tables, plus a large flat screen TV and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with quality utensils to make home catering easy. There is a kitchen nook with a table and chairs and a more formal dining room with a full size table which comfortably seats 8.
The large pool deck and Lanai (essential for shade) has plenty of room for sunbeds, table and chairs for alfresco dining. The pool is southwest facing, perfect for the sun, with a spa and pool lights; we have plenty of seating on the pool deck which is essential. A peaceful, relaxing area to spend time in, with garden views.
All the rooms have ceiling fans even the Lanai.
Our games room has a quality good sized pool table, air hockey and a bar table with stools.

We are constantly adding extras to keep our home in a high standard, up-grades recently, New carpets 2011, sterns & Foster king bed Nov 2011, master bedrooms flat screen TV's May 2012 (please note our professional photo's were completed just before the TV's were installed, bedrooms showing old TV's.)

Our Community clubhouse, Gym, tennis/ Volleyball courts and communal swimming pool is now open; these facilities are only for the exclusive use of guests and owners from the Abbey, Shires and Hamlet communities.
