It's ocean front, but not in the hotel zone. It's not a tourist resort, but rather a private peaceful complex where people stay permanently.
From condo to downtown there are approx. 1.5 miles and to airport there must be 16. There are two swiming pools, big gardens, private parking area, electric doors, laundry facilities, etc.

Booking Notes:
50% reservation deposit required to hold dates. Deposit can be made into my Citibank account in NYC. Balance and security deposit ($300.-us) can be paid upon arrival. (CASH please.) There is a $300 US dollar security deposit required, which is fully refundable before you leave, once the condo has been checked and assuming everything is in proper order. There is a cancellation fee of $100 US dollars. If cancelling within 60 days of stay the fee will be 25% of total and if cancelling within 45 days, you will lose 50%. If the unit is re-booked within a year's time, it will be credited toward your next reservation with me.

Changeover Day:
Arrangements about chekcing in/out hrs, as well as day of arrival can be settled to your convenience.
