Booking Notes:
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival date. £100 key/damage is also required with balance, this will be refunded after inspection of property, within 2 weeks of departure. 50 euros to be paid to the housekeeper on your arrival.

Changeover Day:
The villa is usually let on a weekly basis. As flights are cheaper mid-week we endeavour to meet individual requirements. If other guests are arriving on your day of departure we may require you to leave by 11.00am.
