I also manage 16B which is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in the same unit and 5A a two bedroom 2 bath unit with it's own washer and dryer,they can be rented if available, simultaneously for family groups or alone one bedroom sleeps 5+ brand new high end furnishings, overlooks the pool, $2700 per month plus taxes and cleaning etc.
