The Villa has gorgeous lush extensive gardens that are private and secluded with secure fencing.
The living areas are centred around a beautiful glass atrium filled with tropical plants.
In the sitting room you have Satellite television receiving UK and German stations, a music system and selection of children’s games. Unrestricted internet access is available through broadband WIFI.
From the lounge you can look out through the shaded patio area and across the lawns that lead down to the pool area. There is a separate dining room underneath a lovely circular Algarvian bricked ceiling.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a washing machine, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine and microwave amongst its many appliances. There is a separate utility room & breakfast area.
All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and have their own private terrace:-
Two double bedrooms, Two twin bedrooms, all en suite plus one bedroom with two small single beds suitable for children (not en suite). There may be a Possibility for 1 or 2 more guests on sofa beds - please enquire.
The gardens have been beautifully landscaped and feature lawns, a sunken garden, two large Brazillian hammocks and many quiet shaded sitting areas – just right for some relaxing moments.
There is a large 12m x 6m Swimming pool with a depth of 3.1m and an adjoining shallow pool for children. The pool can be heated (additional cost). In addition a full size table tennis table is available for guests use.
The outside dining area features a large built in BBQ – just right for grilling the local Sardines.
The nearest shop is a five minute walk, but there are two bars at the top of the drive way – only two minutes away.
The local beach at Praia do Carvoeiro is a five minute drive and is sandy and clean, it is a beautifully sheltered sandy bay and spreads out just in front of the square with cliffs protecting it on either side. There are bars and cafés ideally placed around the square where you can still enjoy the view when you leave the beach! In Carvoeiro there are plenty of seats in the sunshine, a wide selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and a covered market.
Within a ten minute drive there is a wide choice of other sandy beaches along this beautiful stretch of coastline and also the interesting rock formations at Algar Seco.
Sports include, horse riding, tennis, and watersports. There are four Golf courses within a 15 min drive. A 36-Hole Golf course can be found to the west of the village together with a Tennis Centre at Portimão to the west of Carvoeiro.
The world famous Penina Golf course is approximately 15 mins drive to the west.
For serious shoppers Algarve Shopping mall at Guia, near Albufeira, to the east is about 15 minutes away.
