Surrounding Area: The property enjoys a large south facing terrace which has ample seating and sun loungers. All loungers have padded seat covers. The side terrace 'houses' the large built in barbeque and cover dining area, which is ideal for dining al-fresco all year round. The property has a well planted garden and is situated at the end of a small quiet cul-de-sac - with a 'green zone' to one side. Local shops are two minutes walk away and the resort centre is a five minute drive or you can walk in via the coastal path which runs the lenght of the resort.The villa is two minutes walk to spectacular rugged coastline and the coastal path.

Fuerteventura is only a short ferry trip away (30-45 minutes depending on carrier choosen) and ferries run at regular intervals throughout the day.
