It is situated on Little Mountain Estate, a private residential Estate, overlooking this quiet, sandy-white swimming beach. You can walk or drive to this beach on a paved road. An amazing view encompasses all of Beef Island plus 12 nearby islands in the background alongside Sir Francis Drake Channel. This Villa is ideally situated and enjoys the Caribbean Trade Winds. Beef Island Airport is minutes away for very easy arrival and departure to the BVI.

Mermaid Villa has a full size kitchen w/dishwasher,microwave, with a Gas BBQ on the spaciouspatio just outside the kitchen door, alongside the pool.The bedrooms are a Queen and a King (or twins if wanted) with a full size bathroom. There is a living/dining room, 2 balconies, Satellite Dish TV, telephone and wireless internet. This Villa is minutes away from several other beaches, such as Josiah's Bay (for Surfers) ,Elizabeth Beach, Well Bay, Little Bay and Trellis Bay.

We have many excellent restaurants to choose from at this end of the island, such as Red Rock, The Tamarind Club, The Last Resort, Pussers Marina Cay or East End, Trellis Bay gives us the Last Resort, de Loose Mongoose, The Cybercafe and de Best Cup restaurant, plus art studios and shopping, and don't forget the Full Moon Parties weare famous for.
