Two detached stone barn conversions, sleeping 10 and 5 respectively, built around a traditional courtyard, in a glorious rural position, yet only 4 miles from a thriving market town.
Located in idyllic Cotswold countryside, close to the Windrush valley and in the area of the old Wychwood Forest, yet within easy striking distance of Burford, Oxford, Blenheim, Stow-on-the-Wold and Bourton-on-the-Water
The Barns are comfortable and very fully equipped. Both are centrally heated and facilities include satellite TV, and DVD players. There are plenty of books for those who decide to have a lazy day and large scale Ordnance Survey maps of the area are provided.
Our guests also have the use of the three acre field next to the Barns, which contains some fifty varieties of wild flowers and plants.
The accommodation is all centrally heated and linen and towels will be provided for everyone. The barns, which were converted to their present use in 2001/2, and modified again in 2009, provide the following accommodation:

Home Barn – Accommodation for ten in five bedrooms (three en-suite), as three double and two twin bedded rooms. The ‘family’ bathroom has a separate shower unit. This barn has a lovely cathedral roofed and beamed sitting room with a feature fireplace and woodburner. There is a spacious ‘farmhouse’ kitchen with an extensive range of cupboards and a very large table with seating for up to 15. The Kitchen is fully equipped for a large group with a range cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, tumble dryer, and microwave. Crockery, cutlery and glasses (including champagne flutes) are provided in abundance, allowing groups who have booked both barns to avoid having to transfer equipment from The Old Byre. The utility room has an additional sink, a washing machine and a toilet. There is a small very private courtyard behind the barn and it also has the private use of the main Courtyard which faces South and is a real suntrap.

The Old Byre – Accommodation for three / five maximum. The first floor has two bedrooms (one double, one single) and a bathroom. There is also a convertible double sofa in the sitting room, with a ‘half bathroom’ adjacent, which provides for another two guests. The dining area has a table for four, but with an additional two chairs available for larger parties. The large fitted kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge/ freezer, microwave and washing machine.
