Our Cumbrian Lakes vacation rentals home is a fabulous 4 bed 3.5 bath villa. The sparkling extended pool and lanai backing onto the huge 120 acre conservation for those peaceful dinners with friends and families. The neighbourhood also has a children's playground withihn walking distance.

The villa occupies a premium lot and is spacious, fully air conditioned and beautifully furnished with maximum upgrades. The master bedroom features a kingsize bed wtih its own attached giant soaker tub bathroom. The queen bedroom has adjacent bathroom & the two twin bedded rooms with a shared central bathroom.

The villa is looked after by a top notched local management company who are available 24 hours a day to answer any concerns that may arise.

The house has been undergoing upgrades for the past two weeks. Some of the changes include a brand new games room, new appliances, new mattress pads on beds, tv stands, new dishes , WIFI, and pool toys. (On the contrary check out this mini-movie as to why rent a home as opposed to a hotel for your next vacation, it is hilarious!) I always stayed in hotels like most of us but this year was my first stay in a rental house and I will never go back to driving in circles for a parking spot, the waiting in line-ups at the check-in counter,or the buffet lines and jostling in the elevators or the community pools. Who needs the aggravation, it is supposed to be a relaxing holiday away from the real, everyday hassles. Besides costing you less stress, and time it is also easier on the pocketbook! For instance eating out everyday, three times a day will add up especially if you have children. Besides who wouldn't want to have a family BBQ by the pool for some quality family time?
Not only is Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida the most popular theme park in the world, it's also the largest. The enchanting land featuring theme parks, hotels, campgrounds and live entertainment, can rival many major cities. In fact, Disney World spans an area twice the size of Manhattan. The Resort is also the United States' biggest single-site employer with over 50,000 workers toiling behind its magical gates.

guest stay July 21-28, 2012! We stayed at this house during our family vacation to Disney World in July 2012! This house was perfect! It was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated! We loved hanging out in the pool during our rest days and the kids loved the game room!! It's a 10 minute drive to the parks and close to all the restaurants with the advantage of being a quiet neighborhood setting! I would recommend this house to anyone and we will absolutely be staying here in the future!

It was incredibly comfortable inside and out. The pool area was a favorite with the kids and the openness of the home and sheer size made it feel like we were coming home every night after our busy days. The home was extremely clean and very well maintained. We found that the owners took pride in this property and it showed. To be honest the pictures they have posted don't do this home justice as the home is very warm and easy to fall in love with. We would definitely recommend this house to friends and family that are looking to stay in the Orlando area. We will be returning here on our next visit for sure. golf. It was easy to cook breakfast and sometimes dinner. The location was good
for us to find golf courses within a reasonable distance at a reasonable price.

Absolut ideales Haus um Ferien mit vielen Mitbewohnern zu machen. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, recht zentral und wir wurden nicht gestrt. Wenn man keinen besonderen Wert auf den Hotelservice legt, kann man hier jeden Komfort eines gemtlichen Heimes in privater athmosphre geniessen. Wir wrden es wieder mieten.
