Casa Oleiro is a spacious south facing villa accommodating 9 people and built on the edge of the 12th fairway offering superb views over the golf course to the cliffs and sea from Salema to Sagres with its ancient fortress in the south western tip of the Algarve.

Casa Oleiro stands in a delightful garden with a heated saltwater (12 x 5 m) Swimming Pool and is approached by a sweeping driveway which gives seclusion without isolation.

The main living accommodation is on the upper level where the drawing room (log burning stove) and dining room have french windows opening onto a large terrace with breathtaking views of the 11th, 16th and 17th holes and the coastline. There are tables and chairs to seat up to 12 people.

The fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer and dishwasher has its own breakfast area. The utility room houses the washing machine and separate double sink unit.

Also leading off the hallway are the study/4th bedroom with satellite TV, DVD and computer with Internet access and a shower/cloakroom. All the main upstairs rooms have panel wall heaters.

A wide staircase descends to the master bedrom (en-suite), the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with a double bed + a single bed and twin beds respectively and a 2nd spacious fully equipped bathroom
All the bedrooms and bathrooms have turbo fan heaters.

All the bedrooms face south with air-conditioning and french windows on to the terraces, the swimming pool ( heating optional) and covered BBQ.

Casa Oleiro is the owner's home in Portugal and has been furnished to to a very high standard for year round comfort.
