Your studio is located in El Dorado Village which is a modern village situated on the East coast of the Dominican Republic, in the town of Bávaro and only 20 minutes from the International Airport of Punta Cana and the Hospiten Hospital. It is only 8 minutes walk to the fine white sands of world renowned Bavaro beach in Punta Cana where you can just relax, go for long walks, sun bathe or go for a swim.
The residential community of El Dorado Village is provided with mutual green, private parking, garden with a large swimming pool and 24 hour security. Inside the village there are shops including a pharmacy, grocery store, bakery, gym, money exchange center, salon, and restaurants with international and local cuisine, boutiques and the office that manages your studio are all on-site. Hang out at your own Beach Club at the Soles chill out beach bar and restaurant where you can be served breakfast, lunch, and dinner and listen to nice local island music like meringue.

Accept payment from major credit cards via PayPal (secured website). If you do not have a PayPal account it is free to sign up and it takes only a few minutes to set up a PayPal account.
To confirm a reservation Full payment is required. If you Cancel your vacation by notifying me via email or phone at least 7 days before your arrival you will get a full refund of your monies less a 5% handling fee via PayPal.
If you choose to cancel less than 7 days before your arrival you will get a 60% refund of your monies via PayPal. Contact me immediately via email, phone or text if you have a cancellation.

You will be provided with an initial supply of fresh, clean towels, beach towels and linen. During your stay nobody will be cleaning your studio unless if you wish to have housekeeping services it is $60 per day for 1-2 guests, or $80 per day for 3-4 guests. This fee is optional and is available upon request.

You are in the ideal community since it is just an easy 8 minutes walk to one of the nicest beaches in the Dominican Republic and comes with all of the necessary amenities.
Your studio has a kitchen, washing machine/dryer, air condition, ceiling fan, private spacious balcony with a partial view of the swimming pool, sliding screen door to prevent insects from coming inside the studio, a queen size bed, a full sofa bed, cable tv and an iron/ironing board . You will be provided with an initial supply of fresh, clean towels, beach towels and linen. There will be no soap or shampoo however you can buy these products at the local convenience store/grocery within the village. There will be nobody cleaning your studio during your stay unless if you wish to pay for housekeeping services which is a daily rate.

Although your studio (2nd floor) does not have wireless internet inside, the bakery/coffee shop on the ground floor has wireless Internet so treat yourself to a light meal or drink while surfing the web. You will also have access to air conditioned gym costing a one time fee per person which covers your entire stay(optional).

A 5 minute drive will get you to the Cocotal Golf Club and the Palma Real Shopping Village home to the Hard Rock Cafe, Tony Romas, Sushi, movie theatre, banks and many stores that cater to distinctive international and local tastes.
There is a free shuttle service at nearby hotels where you can wait in their lobby to take you to the Palma Real Shopping Village. Upon your arrival, you can get more information on the schedule of the shuttle service and pick up locations from the on-site management office which overseas your stay.
Other nearby attractions include horseback riding, diving, boat tours & water sports. There are many excursion companies within the area so you can review their offerings for para sailing, deep sea fishing, windsurfing, snorkeling, zip line adventures and scuba diving.
