Shannon House is a private, family owned upgraded executive villa with games room, situated on the prestigious Hampton Lakes development which is about 11 miles from Disney (20 minutes) and within easy reach of all attractions. Hampton Lakes is a quiet area and our villa is in a Cul de Sac. It is in the executive part of the development where the homes are spaced further apart, also it is on higher ground than the home behind and is therefore not directly overlooked. This makes for an ideal base for any family vacation in Florida.

The villa is a 5 bed 3 bath executive home, and sleeps 10 in comfort, 3 of the bedrooms are doubles, 2 with ensuite bathrooms, 2 twin bedded rooms and a further bathroom. there is a sleeper sofa in the front lounge to sleep an additional 2 guests. The master bathroom has access to the pool deck.

The games room is more like an arcade, with foosball, air hockey, basketball and roll-a-score games. Suitable for adults and children alike, fun for all on a rainy day!

A computer with free high speed broadband internet access is provided for those who wish to stay in touch with the outside world! A wireless connection is also available free if you prefer to bring your own laptop computer.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and also has a separate eat in area with table and chairs rather than the usual bar stools. There are 2 lounge areas, plus a Dining room. Air conditioned living space is about 2500 square feet. 4 cable TV's, 3 VCR's Blu-ray DVD player and a midi hifi system should keep arguments about who watches or listens to what to a minimum! Cable in 3 bedrooms plus the main lounge.

The private swimming pool is 30’ x 15’ and is enclosed by a bug screen of 48’ x 21’, the extended deck is furnished with 2 round tables, 8 chairs and 4 chaises (loungers). The Jacuzzi is set beside the pool and has under water lighting as has the pool. The pool and spa can be heated at an extra cost. There is also a covered porch (lanai) where shelter can be sought.

A cot and highchair are available at no extra charge if required. Rear doors are protected by electronic alarms which sound when doors are opened, the alarms are very loud and can be heard throughout the house. The front door has a device fitted to the top of it to prevent not only unauthorised access, but also stop children from opening the door and leaving the home.

Hairdyers are provided for your use, as are towels, so no need to haul everything with you.

Laundry facilities are available, there is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your use.

A hotel type safe is available for your use, free of charge.

Also, you may make use of the communal pool,tennis, basketball and volley ball courts as well as a children's play area.

Local amenities include supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations and golf courses, all close by.
