Booking Notes:
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. This is confirmed by email. The balance is due for payment 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. We ask for a ?100 damage deposit, which is returned within 3 weeks of the end of the rental period, subject to any damage.

Changeover Day:
Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Access to the villa is from 4 p.m. on arrival day. The villa must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. the day of departure to allow for cleaning for the next tenants.
