Our luxurious 3 double bedroomed vacation rentals villa is part of a lovely gated community in the beautifully landscaped town of Quesada. The town is well established and has palm lined avenues and many individual commercial centres providing every facility needed; supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, doctors and dentists. Quesada is surrounded by championship golf courses, has its own Aquapark and is just 10 minutes from many beautiful blue flag beaches. The swimming pool is just 20 steps from the back garden and is for the private use of the small community. The balconies of both upstairs bedrooms afford views of either the pool or across to the beautiful scenery of the national park and the lakes. The house is equipped with all mod cons, UK satellite television (including Sky Sports & Movies) and DVD player, stereo/CD/Casette player, air conditioning in both upstairs bedrooms and lounge and ceiling fans in all the rooms.

DistancesThe nearest coastal towns of Guardamar and Torrevieja are 10 minutes drive away and as Quesada is located very near the main coastal highway towns like Alicante, Elche, Murcia, Cartagena, La Manga are all easily accessible within 30-45 minutes.

Booking Notes:
All bookings can be done on-line or by telephone or a combination of both. We require a 25% deposit on booking and the balance and a key deposit are due 8 weeks before departure. The guests will be met by our housekeeper who will require 50 Euros on arrival for the cleaning at the end of your stay. Please note if you are arriving or leaving the villa between the hours of 8.00 pm and 8.00 am there will be an additional charge of ?10 payable directly to the housekeeper.Welcome packs can be provided; the basic one contains bread, milk, cheese, ham, jam, water, beer and wine. If you would like specific items bought please let us know two weeks before your holiday.

Changeover Day:
The villa is usually let on a weekly basis. As flights are cheaper mid-week we endeavour to meet individual requirements. If other guests are arriving on your day of departure we may require you to leave by 11.00am.
