Independent house in medieval centre of Solto Collina - a quiet village on lake Iseo with two bedrooms, sitting room with kitchen corner, bathroom. Adjacent to the house there is a laundry room with toilet and shower.
The property is surrounded by a large garden with garden furniture and wooden house for children to play in.
The house is close to all amenities, chemist, graucer, newsagent/tobacconist, cafes etc. The nearest big centre is Lovere on the shores of Lake Iseo. Here one can find restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, swimming pool, rowing club, sailing club, portrait gallery etc.
The nearest airport to us is Milano-Orio al Serio at only 35Km away. Other airports are Milano -Linate and Verona-Villafranca
