The Villa Del Sur is furnished to a very high standard with the lounge seating area consisting of 2 water hyacinth sofas and a day bed for your relaxation. There is a large T.V with satellite channels and a surround sound system. The kitchen is separate and comes with all mod cons, if you choose to spend some evenings in and prepare your own meal everything is at hand.
There are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) so the property can accomadate 6 adults or a large family.
The master bedroom is en-suite with a Jaquzzi bath and there is a large family bathroom with a 6 jet power shower.
Outside, you have the terrace pergola with seating for 6 people, the private 20m2 swimming pool which is surrounded by 6 loungers, roof terrace with sea views and a landscaped garden area. The Villa Del Sur has a private gated entrance and the property is alarmed for your added security and also contains a safe in the Master suite.
Driving distance from the Airport is 30 minutes and the center of the resort is a 10 minutes walk away.
