A 30% deposit (non returnable) is required to secure a booking, the balance due 6 weeks before date of travel. A returnable breakage deposit of £300 or equivalent is required with the final payment. Stay is from midday on day of arrival through to 10 am on day of departure.

Changeover Day:
Change over day is flexible, maid service is on the 7th day however more frequent cleaning can be arranged with extra charge.
