Payment of 30% non-refundable on reservation, balance due 2 months before rental period. 200 euros deposit will be requested for extra costs (telephone, heating, wood, washing machine, baby sitting etc., also damages). The deposit will be refunded within 14 days from departure, subject to any damage or additional expenses incurred.
