We have a lock box system so you can go straight to your villa from the airport. Codes for the villa and Highgate Park gates are provided, together with driving instructions on payment of balance.

Booking Notes:
To secure the booking a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. On our web site we have a fully automated booking system which enables you to check availability, get a quote and instant confirmation. All monies are held in a client account until after your stay. Changeover Day:
We are flexible about what day you arrive although we do have a minimum booking period of 4 nights. We ask you arrive after 4pm and check out by 11am. 24hr emergency cover is available. The villa is cleaned before and after your arrival and a small welcome pack is provided.No exit cleaning charge for short stays.
